I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance.​

​As a therapist who centers queer experiences, I’ve chosen to work outside of insurance networks to provide care that is truly affirming, confidential, and grounded in your unique identity—not shaped by insurance limitations. This approach allows us to prioritize what you need, rather than what an insurance company thinks therapy should look like.​

While I don’t bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. I always encourage checking with your provider to see what’s covered prior to our first session so you know what your options are.

My priority is to create a space where queer folks can show up fully—without feeling pathologized, rushed, or boxed in by insurance systems. If that resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
